We will start this help article with a real time-saver: At the top right to the left of your name you will find a clock icon to the left of your name, from this you directly to recently and most visited areas.
Navigate to your workspace
To get an overview of the workspaces you are participating in press the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of your screen. Here you can either search for the workspace you are wanting to access, after searching press the name of the workspace. You can also press the name of the account to get taken to the bigger overview of the workspaces you are a part of. To collapse this menu press the button on the right of the search-bar.
After pressing the account name the top menu will be populated with Workspaces, Users, Resources, Configurations, Roles, Logo.
Under we go more in detail on each option:
In the overview you can see the name - division - Created date - Configuration - Changes of the Workspace.
The first 4 are just information and the last is where you do changes to some of them. Press the "Penn and paper" icon to change: Name and division. Press the "X" icon to deactivate the entire workspace. If you have created a workspace with a certain configuration it is not possible to change this later on. You can also search for specific workspaces in this view on the top right.
This menu tells you which Users are directly linked with the account/company.
In the overview you can see the name - email - role - Changes
Under the changes you have three icons where the first is for changing the roles of the user. The second changes the Name, email, phone, language and password and the last button deletes the user.
On the far right you have the search bar and also lower down a menu for adding users. You can either create a new user or invite already existing users from other accounts.
This menu lets you inspect which projects are using the most: Memory, projects, symbols and files.
Here you can change the project template, reports and symbol contents can be changed here. This button is only available for Account Administrators.
Roles decide different permits for different users. This area is also only for Account Administrators.
This is where you upload the logo of your company which will be attached to reports etc. Supported formats are jpeg and png.
