Q&A registration is placed in the same way as a regular Issue and in many ways similar, but the comment field is replaced with a Question field.
Use the steps under to electronically follow-up and logg all QAs in your project:
- Fill out your question and select the Delegate contractor you request an answer from.
- Set a Deadline.
- The answer section will not be activated before the question is synced.
- When your question has been answered, change the status of the registration to "Answered".
Be sure to keep the deadlines as unanswered QAs will be highly visible in meetings and in the app for everyone in the project.
