Information
As an administrator for a project (or the account), you have the rights to decide who gets access to specific project. You can access these setting either from the list of projects when in the account (URL: https://unizite.com/account/****), or when inside the project itself (URL: https://unizite.com/workspace/****).
Navigation
Account level
When you have the list of projects, there is a cogwheel to the right of the project name. Clicking here, you will see the settings for this specific project. Under "Permissions and notifications" you will find something called "Users: manage users, and their roles.".
Project level
When you are inside the project, there is a cogwheel in the top right corner. Clicking here, you will see the settings for this specific project. Under "Permissions and notifications" you will find something called "Users: manage users, and their roles.".
Functionality
When inside the overview of "Project users" you will two ways to add a user to your project:
Already existing user in your account
If a user is already existing in the account the project is in, you can search and find the user in this list that appeared. To allowing them access to the project you can click the checkbox button on the right side. After the user is given access, you can change the role of the user and add the user to some user groups. When changing these two, will give the user either more or less access in the web/app.
Already existing users in a different account
If a user is already existing, but does belong to a different account, you can click the "Invite user" at the bottom. Here you can write the email address of the user you want to have access and set the role for that user. Click "Invite user". After the user is given access, you can change the role of the user (if you set the wrong role) and add the user to some user groups. When changing these two, will give the user either more or less access in the web/app.
New user to Unizite
If the user is new to Unizite, you can click "Create and invite user" and
