Parameters are used to define information regarding the project to then show it on reports. They are defined on two levels:
- Project level
- Subproject level
The difference is quite logical, the Project Parameters apply to the entire project, while the Subproject Parameters are different between each Subproject.
The parameters are defined in the template your project is created from. To fill these out:
- Go to project settings
- Under the section "Parameters", choose either Project og Subproject.
- Click the icon on the right of your Parameter Groups that says "Edit values"
- If there are no Parameter Groups in the list, your organization needs to define those and corresponding report templates. Yo can also contact Unizite's consulting service and they will gladly help.
- Enter your values and press save. Important that you don't change the values on the left.
